2 Rules In EATing A Live Frog

MARK TWAIN said: "If the first thing you do each morning is to eat a live frog, you can go through the day with the satisfaction of knowing that that is probably the worst thing that is going to happen to you all day."

A LIVE FROG is the biggest and most important task that you have to accomplish. The one task that you are likely to procrastinate on if you do not do something about it. IT is also that task with the highest and greatest positive impact on your life and results at the moment.

There are 2 rules in eating a live frog (ie. NOT Procrastinating important tasks).

RULE #1. IF YOU HAVE TO EAT TWO FROGS, EAT THE UGLIEST ONE FIRST.

Meaning: If you have two important tasks before you, begin with the biggest, hardest and most important of them all.

RULE #2. IF YOU HAVE TO EAT A LIVE FROG, IT DOESN'T PAY TO JUST SIT AND LOOK AT IT FOR A VERY LONG TIME.

Meaning: If you have a major task on ground, do not take too much time to think about it - the task ahead of you. JUST DO IT...and get over it.
