#GOD DID NOT CARE!!!

It was an Awesome Sunday service. The Praise and Worship was amazing, the drama presentation was superb and the choir sang so well that i believe The ANGELS in Heaven mustav' been dancing azonto in Heaven.
Numerous persons in church say the choir sang divinely well, I choose to believe that it is  because i sang that day sha.

Okay, so the Evangelist came up. And he was gonna preach from:

 Matthew 5 vs 24

"This is how I want you to conduct yourself in these matters. If you enter your place of worship and, about to make an offering, you suddenly remember a grudge a friend has against you, abandon your offering, leave immediately, go to this friend and make things right. Then and only then, come back and work things out with God."

This statement by JESUS CHRIST made me pose the question...in my mind of course,
“WHAT IF THE GIFT WAS STOLEN?”

I deemed this question essential as we live in an era when thieves go to church...and your belonging can be moved in the House Of God.
The understanding i got at the end of the sermon was: GOD DID NOT CARE.
No, He didn't - and even now, He doesn't.

Do not get me wrong, OFFERINGS are good and necessary, but I THINK:

God does not place much value on your offerings as much as he does on your relationship with people.

If it were not so, that that section of the book of Scriptures would have been something like, ,

".......If you enter your place of worship and, about to make an offering, you suddenly remember a grudge a friend has against you, drop your offering (first of all), leave immediately (when it's convenient for you), go to this friend and make things right."

OR

"....If you enter your place of worship and, about to make an offering, you suddenly remember a grudge a friend has against you, GIVE A BIGGER OFFERING and live on, all things will be worked out with God."

But mba!!!. He didn't say that. That seems to me like:

OFFERINGS (no matter how big they are) do not matter to God as much as Humans- and the way you treat them- or relate with them.

Victory 'It is not by ya Offering tho' Anosike

PS:
This may (or may not) repudiate what you believe OR what ya preacher believes.
