Not All Change Is Change

Since Tuesday of this week, these words have been ringing in my head...I do not quite understand why, but I do believe that the 'Powers That Be' forces above have a message for somebody. The words are about the subject - 'change.'

It states:

"Sometimes, People do not really Change, they just put on a mask...which falls off eventually."

PS:
I am not referring to anybody in particular...seriously. The person you think I am referring to, i am not referring to that person.
